The changing is seasons is celebrated in many different ways, but here at Crossroads we like to celebrate it with the our new menu coming out. This year you can expect our new menu in the restaurant starting the first weekend in May.
When planning a new menu Chef Richard take a lot of things into consideration. What are the must haves that can't ever spend a season off, like our famous caesar salad or Julie's carrot cake. Then they look at what was wonderful last season and has to make it back on, like the smoked meat sandwich, the scallops with risotto or the duck magret. Then they find some new ideas, like perhaps tuna carpaccio or a grilled seafood salad.
