This New Year Eve menu has been inspired by our live entertainment, Mitch's Brew. 
We are presenting an R&B Evening. Rhythm & Blues is all about soul food.

APPETIZERS

FIRST COURSE
Hush puppies lollipops served with peach and red pepper relish

SECOND COURSE
Choice of one of three:
Chilled crab and crawfish salad tossed in remoulade
OR
Smoked corn and chicken gumbo garnished with crispy deep-fried okra
OR
Southern savory tomato tart served with black bean purée
and caramelized onion confiture

MAIN COURSE

Choice of one of three: 
Creole mustard rubbed beef tenderloin served with collard greens
and tricoloured potato galette
OR
Pan seared Nova Scotia scallops served with jambalaya
OR
Buttermilk fried chicken served with waffles and goat cheese polenta

DESSERT

Beignets tossed with powdered sugar served with white chocolate mousse 
and drizzled with hot chocolate sauce and raspberry purée
